Hogan Certification Workshops

ThreeFish Consulting is the India Distributor for Hogan Assessments. Our focus is on providing academic rigour, research, and partnering with our Clients, Solution Partners and Independent Practitioners. The certification workshops that we conduct skill people in interpretation and application of Hogan Assessments. Our workshops are facilitated by Master Trainers certified by Hogan Assessments, USA.

Certification Workshop:
The 2.5-day workshop certifies you in the interpretation and application of three Hogan inventories. The first two days are standard Core Curriculum defined by Hogan. Third day is an Add-on Application Tutorial to help you start using the Hogan tools for individual and team development. This program is approved by ICF for 15 CCEUs (Continuing Coach Education Units)

1. Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) – a measure of normal personality characteristics
2. Hogan Development Survey (HDS) – a measure of career derailment risks
3. Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI) – a measure of core values and drivers
4. Application of various Hogan reports for individual and team development in a range of organizational settings including recruitment and selection, providing individual assessments and feedback, coaching and training, and building high performing teams.

Pre-work:
Once we receive the payment, we will send you the Hogan Assessment Link. As pre-work, you will be completing three Hogan inventories – HPI, HDS and MVPI and complete 1-hour phone feedback coaching session with a Hogan Certified Coach. You will have to complete an online Pre-Workshop Learning Module prior to attending the workshop. Release of certificate is subject to completion of all the above.

Gate Pass:
