Hogan Assessment Certification Workshops
ThreeFish Consulting is the India Distributor for Hogan Assessments. Our focus is on providing academic rigour, research, and partnering with our Clients, Solution Partners and Independent Practitioners. The certification workshops that we conduct skill people in interpretation and application of Hogan Assessments. Our workshops are facilitated by Master Trainers certified by Hogan Assessments, USA.
Curriculum
The workshop certifies you in the interpretation and application of three Hogan inventories and follows the standard Core Curriculum defined by Hogan.
Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)
The HPI provides information about your day-to-day preferences and how others perceive you based on those preferences.
Hogan Development Survey (HDS)
The HDS provides information about how you are likely to behave and be perceived by others, when under a lot of stress. The HDS reveals your potential work “derailers.”
Motives, Values, Preferences (MVPI)
The MVPI provides information about what motivates and drives your behaviors.
Application of various Hogan reports for individual and team development in a range of organizational settings including recruitment and selection, providing individual assessments and feedback, coaching and training, and building high performing teams.
Pre-work:
Upon receipt of payment, we will begin your pre – work. This needs to be completed one week prior to your selected workshop.
Your pre – work process will involve completing the three Hogan inventories – HPI, HDS and MVPI and a feedback coaching session with a Hogan Certified Coach. Along with this, you will be required to complete an online Pre – Workshop Learning Module before you attend the workshop.
