Rucha Hardikar

Rucha has over 14 years of experience as an HR Professional working with organizations, primarily in India and the US, large and small, and in industries ranging from IT/ITES, law firms, consulting firms and non-profits.

Rucha is based out of Pune and is responsible for Hogan-related client servicing and delivery. Her focus is also on developing a new service offering around Cross-cultural Agility. Prior to moving back to Pune, Rucha was based in the Washington D.C. area where she was the HR Head for a law firm.

In addition to her rich and varied practical experience, Rucha also has a strong educational foundation and holds post-graduate degrees in Law (from Symbiosis College, Pune) and a Masters’ in Human Resource Management from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. While at Rutgers, she interned at the Center for HR Strategy and worked with the Director on international HRM projects. She also interned at and earned a scholarship award through the Center for Women’s Global Leadership.

During her tenure working for corporates in US and India, Rucha has successfully created new Human Capital initiatives in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and improved decision-making using data. She has also introduced efficiency into existing HR systems/processes to positively impact how companies hire, nurture and develop high-performing employees.

Rucha has experience developing, delivering and facilitating training programs in various areas such employee onboarding, improving team communication and HR analytics in India and internationally. Rucha has provided Hogan feedback to leaders across a variety of industries in India. She has also effectively integrated Hogan assessments with 360 feedback, for targeted development planning.

A true believer in human potential for continuous learning, Rucha is an avid lifelong learner herself and encourages others to become lifelong learners. She brings enthusiasm, passion and an understanding of human nature to all her projects.
