Khalid brings more than 25 years of deep and broad Business HR experience in areas of Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Change & Performance Management, On-boarding, and HR Processes, across diverse sectors like Manufacturing, IT, FMCG, Service and Consulting.

Khalid is certified as line trainer and has conducted Zenger Miller Leadership programs at DHL and Staff consulting Programs by Designed Learning( US) in NDDB,. As a certified program designer and facilitator , he has delivered Training Programs in areas of Leadership Development, Influencing skills , Personal Effectiveness and First time Leaders in Amdocs, CRM next, Jubilant, Uflex, Hero Moto Corp Ltd, Landis+Gyr(Toshiba), Frazer Suites among others.

As the Country HR Leader – India at Landis+Gyr (Now Toshiba ), Khalid served as part of the Asia Pacific HR LT. In his role, he implemented Job Evaluation , Engage Surveys , 360 degree feedback, Compensation Restructuring and Benchmarking, and an online performance management system .

Prior to that, Khalid worked at DHL, where he led the change management in pre and post de-merger of DHL. He has provided consulting services in the area of Performance Management and embedding Business Aligned KRAs for companies such as Mobilous Solftech Pvt Ltd, a Silicon Valley Based IT Product Company, Uflex Ltd – Chemicals Business, a leading Packaging Company , Rodic Infrastructure Consultants and Liqvid English Edge, an e-Learning Startup

Khalid is a Post Graduate specializing in Human Resources. He is certified in the interpretation of Hogan Assessments and in N.E.W.S Career Navigation and has coached leaders from companies like BCG, MAX and Uflex. He is a member of National HRD Network and TIE Delhi .He take keen interest in meeting new people and travelling to places
