Anubha Khanna

Anubha brings with her almost two decades of rich and varied experience in Organization and Leadership Development in the corporate, non-profit and education sector.

Anubha was instrumental in setting up and leading the Learning and Organization Development function at eFunds India. These were early BPO days when everyone was busy with transactional HR. Anubha conceptualized, designed and implemented several strategic initiatives to address the key issues of employee engagement and retention. She designed and deployed a leadership development curriculum targeted at three leadership levels – front-line, mid-level, and senior leaders. She developed and implemented a broad based behavioral skills curriculum to complement functional learning. She ran the Employee Engagement Survey and ensured cascaded communication of results and aligned action planning to drive organization development. She ran a 360 feedback and coaching program for mid-senior leaders.

After a successful stint with corporates, Anubha was drawn to the education sector. Coming from a family legacy of running successful education institutes in Lucknow, she then spent a decade working in the space of educational leadership.

In her last assignment as Program Director and member of the management team at Kaivalya Education Foundation, she focused on development of School Principals and District level leaders. As member of National Resource Group at National Center for School Leadership (NUEPA), she has contributed to the development of India's first National Curriculum Framework for School Leadership.

Well-versed in design and management of Engagement surveys, curriculum design and delivery, and facilitating organization and team development interventions, at ThreeFish Consulting, her attention is focused on design and development of Consulting, Learning and Organization Development solutions.
